We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to deliver our upcoming exhibition at Hastings Museum and Art Gallery and its associated wraparound activities.
Running from 3 May – 25 August 2024, this important exhibition will be accompanied by a vibrant programme of talks and workshops, celebrating Black Joy.

Fee: £8000 (for 45 days)

About the role
This role will suit a motivated project manager who enjoys team working and appreciates the value of diversity in the arts and wants to increase this.
The role includes coordinating the exhibition as well as supporting the delivery of wraparound activities including talks, social events and workshops; all of which centre the work of Black artists & artists of colour. The successful candidate must therefore have an understanding of the lived experiences of Black people and/or people of colour.
While the project is based in Hastings, we are open to receiving applications from those living elsewhere in the UK who are able to work in a hybrid way. The Project Manager will be required to attend key meetings and wraparound events in person, some of which will be in the evening.
